In the morning, we begin our trek, crossing a stream before ascending steeper slopes. You will follow a narrow cliffside path to Suri Dhoban, then cross a suspension bridge to reach Manthali village, and continue along the trail to Jagat village.

Today is an important day as we ascend to 3,976 m. We begin early, cross to the other side of the village, and continue through forested trails to reach the Rolwaling River. From there, we climb steadily through dense forest, catching glimpses of Gaurishankar along the way. After a steep ascent, the trail levels out as we approach Gyalchen.

We continue along the bank of the Rolwaling River, ascending gradually to Kharka in Dhogre. Along the way, we pass a large Mani stone adorned with prayer flags and a rock painted with the image of a Bodhisattva before reaching Na Gaon, a village surrounded by stone walls.

Today is an important day as we head toward the final destination. Crossing a wooden bridge to the left bank of the Rolwaling River, we enter a prairie-like valley and follow a moderately steep ascent, with glimpses of edelweiss along the way. We then trek between two glaciers, pass through the ablation valley, and finally arrive at Tsho Rolpa Lake.

From today, we begin our journey back to Kathmandu. We retrace our steps from the glacial lake, descending to Na village. After a short rest, we continue our trek toward Beding village.

We descend through forested trails, catching glimpses of Gaurishankar, until we reach Shakpa. Continuing along the same route, we pass several villages before arriving at Manthali Village.
